MATERIALS- USE OF HIGH PURITY ALUMINUM

We use aluminum alloy 6063, because of its excellent heat dissipation. The choice of materials is made according to their quality so as to ensure longer lifetime.

CNC MACHINERY

The manufacturing process starts with aluminum processing with milling and turning machines.

ASSEMBLY

The assemblage of the luminaries is made according to ISO 9001.

QUALITY CONTROL

The last step before delivering the luminaires is quality control. Having high quality standards, all our products are thoroughly tested for function and safety, always according to our customers’ special needs, before being dispatched from our factory.

OUR DIFFERENCE

The special HEAT SINK (PATENTED) made of 6063 grade aluminum, conducts the heat produced by the Led Chip very effectively due to its innovative design and carefully selected aluminum alloy, having an excellent heat transfer coefficient. The heat sink, studied, designed and manufactured in our company attains high rates of heat transfer achieving low working temperatures for the Led Chip (TCLED Ta<25 30 C).
